Salon Policies at Dudley's Hair & Beauty Salon In Bulwell

 

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required for all hair & beauty appointments at Dudley's. This is to minimise clients not showing up or cancelling at short notice. For this reason, we respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, or need to reschedule, please be kind enough to let us know 48 hours before your appointment time.

Your deposit will be lost & retained by the salon should you choose to cancel or move your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice. If you move or cancel your appointment with more than 48hours notice your deposit fee will be held on your account for when you next book your appointment.

Skin Testing

An allergy alert test (AAT) is required before all hair colouring & tinting services at Dudley's Hair & Beauty Salon in Nottingham, to allow us to check for sensitivity and reactions to products that we use. We offer free Allergy Alert Tests (also known as skin testing and patch testing) in our salon. You will need to make an appointment to attend the salon at least 48 hours before your hair colour or tinting service for your test.
